Faultless quality

The products are of a higher standard. This cross necklace is delicate even though it’s a slightly thicker chain to balance the cross. It’s a gorgeous quality and the diamonds are high quality.

Ordered this item I never received it. When I contacted customer service, somebody said they would call me back with answers and She never did. I tried calling at least 15 times in the next week+ and every time I would get an automated message telling me that no one is available to answer my call and then it would hang up on me. After searching online, I realize that there are many many others having the same issue that I am. I feel as if I was scammed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the site/company. Very disappointed!
