RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns? No problem.
Our policy lasts 15 days within the date of delivery. You will have the option to receive a full refund or a store credit/exchange an item of equal or lesser value. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor an exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 60 days and will need to be thoroughly inspected by our team.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. It typically takes between 5-7 Business Days, but it may vary.If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at
