perfect necklace but randomly snapped

I really loved this necklace but after wearing it for a few weeks (pretty consistently), it just broke along the chain (not at the clasp) and I have to get it repaired.

Good quality, wrong picture

The necklace is good quality but the picture makes this necklace seem bigger than it is. When I received it, it was wayyyy smaller and thinner than the pictures show. Was pretty disappointed about that
