Cute but not a secure backing

This is a very cute earring but sadly I lost it after only one week. I have other earrings from Adinas that I love because they have screw on flat backs. This one does not. It has a regular earring back. Because of that, the back came off and I lost the earring after pulling my masks on and off, which is something I do often as an ER nurse. I obviously need something more secure but if you don’t have to deal with the same amount of PPE, then this will probably work for you.
